NO CLASS LABOR DAY

There is no class on Labor Day, Monday Sept 6th. The studio is closed so we will be unable to have class. Hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend.

Its been a while

Its been a while since I've posted. Todays class was pretty simple but brutal and effective. Did a quick warm up, then some Get-Ups. Moved to our main work set next which involved snatches, windmills, and squats. Finished with some timed swings and Get-Ups.
