Contest

We will be having a contest, a body fat loss contest. Starting the Monday after Thanksgiving, we will use Advocare's 24 Day Challenge. Numerous people have had great success, including several of my 1 on 1 clients. It is open to everyone, if interested in losing weight and body fat, along with becoming healthier, contact me ASAP.
